About This Game:
METRO PENGUIN EUTOPIA is a game depicting the exploits of ""Penguin Head"" Balm as she is unavoidably pulled into a spiral of violence surrounding penguins and the city of Sapporopolis. What fate awaits her? Only the player can decide. Behold, foolish penguins! The light of truth shall be shed on your eutopia of lies!

Hokkaido has been transformed into a barren wasteland all due to the Penguin Comet that plunged the land into an eternal blizzard. The city of Sapporopolis formed underground as a means of escaping danger. Rarely ever does the city come in contact with the outside world, causing it to grow a culture all of its own.

The vast underground space of Sapporopolis is split into the Upper Layer, where its citizens reside, and the Lower Layer, abandoned mid-construction. At some point, blood-thirsty penguins appeared in the Lower Layer, assaulting citizens and building their nests.

Our heroine Balm becomes an accidental hero when she dons a headdress in the form of a penguin: the Penguin Head. Alongside her accomplice Renade, she fights the murderous penguins day and night for the safety of the city’s people.

Game Features:
・Penguin hunting that begins in the idyllic city of Sapporopolis
Due to the destruction of a mysterious train responsible for birthing the penguins that dwell in Sapporopolis' Lower Layer, you are now able to travel between the city's two layers. In the Upper Layer reside the citizens of Sapporopolis, with diverse views and ways of thinking, along with three alliances operating out of their own objectives. Each of these alliances will surely lend Balm and her comrade a helping hand...out of certain motives, of course.

・Tendency parameters that decide the heroine's fate
The story's heroine Balm has three measures that reflect her tendencies: Order, Exploration, and Violence. These measures are called "tendency parameters" and increase based on the player's actions. The parameters come with level and skill points and can be used to acquire new skills, with the maximum value of each parameter referenced in Balm's actions. The player's actions decide Balm's fate.

・Turn-based battles and skills
Battles with the murderous penguins are turn-based. The lone Balm faces off against multiple penguins at once, so her attacks must be as accurate and powerful as possible. With the tendency parameters you obtain through your actions, you can help Balm gain new powers and unlock her skill tree. What skills and powers Balm builds is up to you.

・Multiple endings
Rumors of blood-thirsty penguins running rampant in Sapporopolis' Lower Layer begin to spread among the citizens. The relationship between Balm and the Three Alliances—a pivotal presence to both the city and penguins—may very well influence the outcome of the story. Solve the mystery surrounding these strange, ferocious penguins and the city regarded as a paradise by outsiders, Sapporopolis.
